1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a user of the bdok999 platform.

• "Platform" refers to the bdok999 website, mobile web application, and all associated services, products, and features made available under the bdok999 brand.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to bdok999 and its operating entity, including its management, support staff, technical team, and any authorised agents.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdok999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created on the bdok999 platform through the official registration process, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Wallet Balance" refers to the aggregate of funds held in a User's bdok999 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), including deposits, winnings, and bonuses (where applicable).
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake of real-money funds placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other wagerable outcome made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match bonus amounts credited to a User's account as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" refers to UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to all Platform operations, support hours, and time-sensitive terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process bdok999 may require Users to complete before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted according to the plain meaning of the English language. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to and use of the bdok999 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on bdok999. This requirement is strictly enforced. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. bdok999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. If a User is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method.

2.2 Residency and Access

bdok999 is operated with Bangladesh as its primary target market. Users are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bdok999 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in any jurisdiction outside of the Platform's intended markets.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bdok999. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds or winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

bdok999 may require Users to complete a KYC identity verification process before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3 Account Obligations and Security

As a registered User of bdok999, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials at all times.

3.1 Password and Credential Security

You must keep your account password strictly confidential. You must not share your password with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent bdok999. bdok999 will never ask you for your full password by any communication channel — email, phone, or chat. If you receive any communication purporting to be from bdok999 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team at support@bdok999 immediately.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You are responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions taken through your account — whether authorised by you or not — unless you have previously notified bdok999 of unauthorised access and bdok999 has acknowledged receipt of that notification. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately and change your password without delay.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability

Your bdok999 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise grant any third party access to your account. Any such transfer or assignment is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.4 Accurate Contact Information

You must ensure that the mobile number and email address associated with your account remain current and accessible. bdok999 uses these contact details for OTP authentication, support communications, and security alerts. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may impair your ability to recover account access in the event of a security incident.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on bdok999 — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdok999 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdok999 wallet balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers and card deposits may take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on the processing institution and time of day. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. bdok999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted during standard operating periods. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's account must be in good standing with no active investigation or suspension flag.
• The User must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before withdrawing the associated winnings.
• Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds may require completion of KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed back to a payment method previously used to deposit — bdok999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• bdok999 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification to withdrawal requests that are flagged as unusual in value, frequency, or pattern.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus credits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdok999 does not apply currency conversion fees for Taka-denominated transactions. There are no hidden forex charges on deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment methods.

4.4 Player Funds Segregation

bdok999 maintains player funds separately from its operational funds. This means that your wallet balance remains available for withdrawal independently of the operational status of the Platform. Player funds are not used for any purpose other than honoring your account balance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bdok999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, Durga Puja, and ICC tournament periods. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the point of the promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. As a general example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Bonus funds are wagered before real-money funds unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit, within which the wagering requirements must be met. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation. The validity period for each promotion is communicated at the time of offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdok999 takes bonus integrity seriously. Any User found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive will have their bonus funds forfeited and may face account suspension. bdok999 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether bonus abuse has occurred and to take appropriate action.

5.4 One Bonus Per Player

Unless stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all bets and game sessions conducted on the bdok999 platform, across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, RNG casino games, and crash games.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and valid once a confirmation is returned to the User by the Platform and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the User's wallet balance. bets that do not receive a confirmation — due to connection interruptions, browser errors, or server timeouts — should be verified via the account's bet history before being re-placed. bdok999 is not liable for duplicate bets placed as a result of a User failing to verify bet confirmation status.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on the bdok999 sportsbook are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. A bet is settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not at any subsequently revised odds. In the event of a manifest pricing error, bdok999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price and return the staked amount to the User's wallet.

6.3 Match and Event Outcomes

All sports betting markets on bdok999 are settled based on the official results published by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the ICC, BCB (Bangladesh Cricket Board), and BCCI for IPL. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, bdok999's decision, informed by the official result, shall be final.

6.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event, at bdok999's discretion, for risk management purposes. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are unaffected. bdok999 is not liable for any inability to place an in-play bet during a suspension period.

6.5 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games available on bdok999 — including slots, table games, and live dealer titles — are provided by licensed third-party game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi). Game outcomes are determined by the providers' independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. bdok999 does not operate its own RNG. 6.6 Crash Games

Crash games such as Aviator (by Spribe) use provably fair algorithms. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins and can be independently verified by the player using the game's built-in provably fair verification tool. bdok999 makes no modification to crash game outcomes and is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a player from cashing out before the multiplier crashes.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdok999 platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of wallet balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
• Money laundering or financial crime — using the Platform to process, layer, or integrate the proceeds of any criminal activity. bdok999 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the Platform. Any confirmed chargeback will result in account suspension and recovery action for the disputed amount.
• Exploitation of technical errors or vulnerabilities — knowingly taking advantage of any software error, miscalculated odds, or system glitch to place bets with an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account controls.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdok999 support staff or other users of the Platform through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bdok999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at any time, for any of the reasons set out in these Terms & Conditions or for other legitimate operational reasons. The following procedures apply to account suspension and closure.

8.1 Suspension

A suspended account remains technically open but access is temporarily restricted. Suspension may be applied pending an identity verification review, a fraud investigation, a responsible gaming cooling-off period requested by the User, or for any other reason at bdok999's discretion. During suspension, bets cannot be placed and withdrawals may be held depending on the nature of the suspension.

8.2 Permanent Closure — By bdok999

bdok999 may permanently close an account in the following circumstances: confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; breach of any material provision of these Terms & Conditions; or where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the Platform's integrity. Upon permanent closure for cause, bdok999 reserves the right to forfeit the wallet balance where it is determined that the balance was acquired through prohibited conduct.

8.3 Voluntary Closure — By the User

You may close your bdok999 account at any time by submitting a request to support@bdok999. Upon voluntary closure, your remaining real-money wallet balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your most recently used withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel that their gambling habits require a structured break may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly, and during the exclusion period, the Platform will block access to the account and suppress any marketing communications to the excluded User. 8.5 Limitation of Liability

bdok999 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Where a suspension or closure is later found to have been applied in error, bdok999's liability shall be limited to the return of the verified real-money wallet balance at the time of closure.
